There are few payment methods that you can use for your shop.

  1. Cash or Cashier
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. Payment Gateway

Cash

You can allow your customer to pay with cash for reservation or self-pickup orders.

Bank Transfer

With bank transfer, your customer will transfer the amount directly to your bank account. You can write the instruction on how they should pay you. They will be required to attach a payment proof or receipt for the transfer. Take note that we can't verify any details on the payment proof or whether the proof is valid, so you need to make sure the payment is actually transferred to your account manually.

Payment Gateway

With payment gateway, customer can easily pay with their Credit/Debit Card, as well as FPX for Malaysian banks. With payment gateway, we can verify that customer really pay for the order.

In Malaysia, We offer two official payment methods that we manage, which is Stripe (for Credit/Debit Cards) and SecurePay (for FPX Online Banking). Whereas you can also connect with your own Stripe account if you want to receive payment straight to your account. Stripe however has longer payout schedule compared to our offered settlement.

In Singapore, we offer Stripe (for Credit/Debit Cards, and GrabPay).

We may add more Payment Gateway in future, subject to demands.
